This will be the year that I break all my own rules.
I feel like I'm getting old, realisation that I'm 20 this year has hit me. Although it feels like I should have accomplished something of my life already, there's still time.
I also feel like I'm at a point with my photographic work where I really need to push the boundaries that bit further- and break the rules.
For the past week I assisted stylist Alexis Knox - a really good insight into how everything works! I got to experience a music-video shoot- something entirely new and intriguing. I'll be going back this spring for a 3 month internship with Alexis & Notion Magazine - which is perfect as all of you know I like to be really busy and get the best experience I can out of everything.
I've had a few people ask me how I get internships - and my answer has and always been you have to go out there and look- high and low, for something that suits you, have a well- written CV, and a concise cover letter. If you have the last 2, then you are well on your way to finding that internship!
